New Board Members

With a total of 46.01% of the voting units cast (more than the required quorum) Jake Moseman, Kathy Mihok, and Chris Miller will be joining George Philibert, Lori Delia, Wende Guerin, and Eric Milano on the Board of Directors in 2009.
Please join the Board in extending our special thanks to Thomas DeSisto for his contributions in prior years.

Locked Out Occupants

In order to keep Vermont House Association Fees down, it was decided by the Board of Directors that each unit occupant would be responsible for calling a locksmith of their choice should they be locked out of their unit. The Association can no longer be responsible for lock-outs, nor will Team Arrowhead be acting on behalf of the Association in the matter of lock outs.

Building Access and Security

For unit owners needing them, electronic keys for the front door may be obtained by contacting Keith at Appletree Bay at 802-863-6940. Unit owners are responsible for providing keys to their tenants.

Fire Escapes are Dangerous

Recent reports to the Board of Directors indicate that people have been using the fire escapes. All of the fire escapes at the Vermont House were inspected for structural strength some time ago and deemed unsafe for use of any sort. The Vermont House Condominium can not be responsible for the safety of anyone using these exterior spaces so for your safety and the safety of others please refrain from using these areas.

Front Door
